On the brokerage side Burgess Asia team advised sellers on the transaction of a 90m+ Oceanco, the 85m Lurssen AMATASIA (now GIGIA, for charter with Burgess), the 74m Amels LADY E and the 61m Amels EVENT, while completing the new build and delivery of a 42m Ferretti Custom Line, and progressing the new build of a 38m Rosetti.

At the start of 2024 APSA is delighted to welcome two new members. Pantaenius Sail & Motor Insurance has earned the trust of over 100,000 yacht owners worldwide, and this family-owned company has been at the forefront of yacht insurance for more than 50 years. This year was kick-started with the Thailand Yachting Conference (TYC) and the Thailand International Boat Show 2024 (TIBS) in January. The day-long conference kept the 60+ delegates engaged and informed and provided a valuable opportunity for participants to discuss important issues facing the boating community in Thailand, and to update participants on advancements taking place in the Southeast Asia region. APSA was pleased to be a supporting partner for the event.

The day-long conference kept the 60+ delegates engaged and informed, and provided a valuable opportunity for participants to discuss important issues facing the boating community in Thailand.

The second edition of the Thailand International Boat Show A Luxury Life Style Event received strong government support with the show and was officially opened by Kitti Chaodee, Secretary to Thailand’s Minister for Tourism and Sports.

Sanlorenzo Asia represented by Simpson Marine has had another successful year in 2023, with a record number of orders from both the yacht and superyacht division. Particular success has been in the SL Asymmetric range and the SD semi-displacement range of yachts.

A native of Singapore, Della brings a wealth of experience in the yacht sales industry to her appointment as Yacht Sales Advisor with Camper & Nicholsons, specifically in the Asia-Pacific region. Della embarked on her career in 2005, working for an established Superyacht agency in Singapore before graduating from the Singapore Maritime Academy.
