This year, APSA celebrates its 10th Anniversary. Although the pandemic is ongoing and we still have some challenges, there are superyacht events being planned for the second half of the year and some countries are now opening more to travellers and superyachts.
The first 'Longer Long Lunch' was hosted by Rivergate Marina & Shipyard, in conjunction with Catalano Agents NZ. The successful networking event was held at the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron (RNZYS) on Thursday 24 June 2021. The lunch was the opportunity for Captains from all over the region to socialise and exchange information and opinions about the region’s place and its prospects in an ever-changing World.

A fire has swept through Hong Kong’s Aberdeen South typhoon shelter, damaging over 30 boats and sinking at least 20. The fire broke out in the early hours of Sunday morning at around 2.30am and firefighters used 11 fire boat monitors, eight jets, and mobilised four breathing apparatus teams to fight the blaze.
