Tasmanian Superyacht Itineraries by Superyacht 153

Superyacht 153 is an expert at providing itineraries for superyachts visiting Tasmania. However, a recent superyacht visit was a little different, as due to mechanical issues the yacht was not able to be there for the owner's visit. However, the owners and their guests decided to continue with their travel plans and visited Tasmania, without their yacht.

Tasmania remains a hidden gem, fairly undiscovered by superyachts. but some of the best cruising in Australia, is without the crowds. Superyacht 153 can advise superyachts on this wilderness location, as both Corina Wilson and Dave Saul from Superyacht 153 know this destination well, having travelled and worked there in the past. "We believe that in terms of service and quality of products Tasmanian companies certainly punch well above their weight. Once again, we've received incredible service from a range of suppliers and without their efficiency and support it would be difficult for us to 'make the impossible, possible.

With this recent yacht visit was a lot more than the usual Border Force clearance formalities, marina reservations, visa applications, bunkering etc etc. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we received requests to arrange high-end provisions to the utmost remote locations in Tasmania.

Port Davey Southern Tasmania, only accessible by foot, yacht, or light aircraft. Part of the South West National Park, this very remote area, is certainly worth the travel time and is perfect for exploring by kayak, plenty of serious hiking trails offering uninterrupted views from high up. This is for those who would rather lace up hiking boots over a pair of Jimmy Choo’s.

Also included in their itinerary was the Huon River and Cygnet providing great access to quality produce and wineries of the Huon Valley; Bruny Island and Maria Island for wildlife and cultural experiences. Coles Bay and Freycinet National Park for those stunning hikes and views of Wine Glass Bay. Superyacht 153 was also very excited to assist with a visit to Three Hummock Island, Flinders and Deal Islands showcasing the wild landscapes, rugged terrain, abundant wildlife, and pure produce that only Tasmania can offer!
