Navim Group has been designing and manufacturing marine equipment for luxury giga and mega yachts, since 1990. The Navim range includes specialist doors and hatches, transom platforms for the onboard beach club, cranes that launch and recover of toys and tenders along with lifesaving equipment that make for easier and safer operations onboard.
Door and Hatches
Navim Group has developed new solutions when it comes to doors and hatches. Doors may include the integral supporting frame for a simple “weld in” installation, according to the local aesthetic and strength requirements. Operation is assured by an electro-hydraulic control system, including automation cabinets, hydraulic accessories, control stands and power packs. The doors and hatches, hinges handled, pantograph or sliding type, manual or automated, are designed to solve the onboard problems and feature characteristics of image, lightness, strength and low maintenance.
Balconies
The ideal solution to open up the interior of cabins, balconies are the link to the outdoor panorama and create a unique access to the sea. Balcony design integrates advanced technology and easy operation along with elegance and luxury detailing. The external surfaces are flushed with the surrounding shell, and the interiors can be finished in wood or other materials hiding all mechanical elements.
Transom Platforms
The transom platforms are customized according to the yacht design, and offer smart solutions for safe enjoyment when swimming, and diving. The hinged aps are flushed with the deck, and there is perimeter and bottom lighting system for night use. The external surfaces of the movable bulwarks are flushed with the vessel lines, while the interior surfaces can be finished according to Owner’s specifications. The top structure is suitable for the application of handrails in teak and all the mechanical element are out of view.
Tender and Ski-Jet Cranes
The tender and ski-jets cranes are designed and manufactured to allow easy launch and recovery of jets and tenders. The telescopic hoisting arm system for inside the garage areas can be supplied ready for the installation on board. Efficient operation is assured by the electro-hydraulic control system, including automation cabinet, hydraulic accessories, control stand and power pack. Integrated automation, signal and alarm system for the wheelhouse can be included and can be operated by wireless control.
Life Saving Equipment
Navim Group is also a worldwide leader in lifesaving equipment. The product line for MY includes telescopic and semi-gravity davits, rescue boat and life-raft davits. to owners’ and operators’ requirements, integrated hydraulic and automation system for easier and safer operations.
The reliability and durability of the components is guaranteed by laboratory tests. On request, it is possible to insert electronic locking systems such as key-pads, customize handles with logo and more.
