Yacht crew travel specialist embarks on Brand Synchronisation

With a decisive entry into the business vertical of Yacht Crew Travel in 2015, Travel Cue a multinational company established in 2011 decided to embark on a company rebranding exercise in 2017 in order to achieve a much needed synchronisation of Travel Cue’s message, what we stand for, and our image.

Our new look and feel unveiled at the beginning of 2018 encapsulates our mission towards delivering what we promise with high service levels and a growing level of customer connections transcending geographical boarders worldwide. Our brand reinforces our decisive, strong, and in-control nature, while giving you that sense of reassurance, comfort and reliability.

Coordinating the intricate travel details for our clients in a highly demanding environment such as Yachting requires precision in understanding not only the industry, but each specific yacht and their purpose. This allows for efficient execution; which is a highly sought quality within the yacht travel industry.

Through our re-branding, we are able to communicate our ability to smart source fares and global availability, including special marine fares for the yacht market. This scope is an integral part of who we are, what we believe in and the resultant customer experience.

Through our rebranding, we are finally able to communicate to the industry the qualities we have embodied from day one; Genuine Care, Professionalism, Consistency and Commitment. From here, we aim to use our new image to further communicate and emphasise on the value we deliver to our customers through the experience of quality service, only achieved by our combined experience exceeding 40 years within this dynamic industry.
