CharterWorld.com Update

Nicolas Benazeth, Director of Charter at CharterWorld LLP, says “2021 turned out to be a very successful year for CharterWorld and we were thrilled to be able to put together so many successful charters and help our clients to get the break they were hoping for in these difficult times globally, or still manage to have that special family vacation or long-awaited expedition.”  It has undoubtedly been a challenging time for the industry, as with all the travel and tourism sectors, but CharterWorld.com is extremely proud to have a very experienced team of dedicated brokers who have worked particularly hard to ensure charters went smoothly in the many different locations that the company operates in.

More than ever before, it is essential to have up to date, first hand and detailed knowledge not only of the yachts and crews, but also the cruising areas and their specificities. “We are proud, to have built up this experience over many years and we are now able to put it to good use with our clients, and continue the culture of impartiality in choosing the right yacht for each charterer, and making sure the experience is beyond expectation.

“We are looking forward to 2022, which has already started with successful winter charters in the Bahamas, Caribbean and Indian Ocean, “continues Benazeth. “With many early bookings in place for the summer months in the Mediterranean, we expect a lot of people are still very keen to get back out on the water and finally get that holiday they have had to put off due to the pandemic.”

Having now run successful charters over two summer and two winter seasons under health and travel restrictions worldwide, Charterworld.com knows exactly what can be done and how to ensure it all goes smoothly.  “We are looking forward to the full re-opening of many great destinations, in particular in southeast Asia and the Pacific.”

As soon as physically possible, the CharterWorld team has been very active attending yachts viewings and shows. “After Fort Lauderdale, Antigua and St Thomas in 2021, we are looking forward to continue to expand our first-hand knowledge and network at the Barcelona Charter Show, Mediterranean Yacht show in Nafplio, Greece and the TYBA yacht show in Turkey in the first part of 2022.”
