April is the month that APSA celebrates its 10th Anniversary: the Association was incorporated on 20 April 2011. The  APSA Grand Tour 2021 is part of the year-long APSA 10th Anniversary celebrations, and covers cruising and charter in the South Pacific and Indian Ocean, and promotes the Asia-Pacific region as the world’s ‘third cruising destination'.
